These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Work & RevisionsProject Specifications: We deliver work based on the agreed written project brief.Included Revisions: Every project includes up to three rounds of design revisions.Extra Revisions: Additional changes cost an hourly rate of R750 per hour.Scope Creep: New requests outside the original brief require a separate quote.

2. We require a 100% payment before starting work. Intellectual Property & OwnershipOur Rights: We own all draft concepts, sketches, and preliminary designs.Copyright Transfer: Full copyright transfers to you after we have finished the design and you approve it.Third-Party Assets: You are responsible for fonts or stock image licensing fees.

3. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

4. Client ResponsibilitiesContent Delivery: You must provide all text, high-res images, and logos on time.Deadlines: Delays in sending materials will push back the project deadline.Approvals: You must proofread and sign off on all final text and layouts.Errors: We are not liable for typos found after final sign-off.

5. Project Termination & Cancellation Kill Fee: You may not cancel the project at any time once it has commenced.

6. Limitation of LiabilityLoss of Profits: We are not liable for any business financial losses.Print Issues: We are not responsible for printer errors or color mismatches.Legal Use: You must ensure your business name and logos do not infringe copyrights.

7. Governing LawJurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.Disputes: Any legal disputes will be settled in local courts.
